PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management and care of greening plants by supporting a planting container installation base with a planting container placed thereon, in a vertically movable manner to a greening panel body, and supporting the planting container installation base movably on a projecting floor part of a building by casters provided at the lower face.SOLUTION: A greening panel body 1 includes a rectangular frame body 5 a mesh-like support member 6 mounted into an inner space of the frame body to support greening plants in a growable state a planting container 7 arranged at a lower part of the mesh-like support member for the growth of the greening plants and a planting container installation base 8 provided at a lower part of the frame body to place the planting container. The greening panel body 1 is provided parallel with a wall surface of a building in a position away by a predetermined distance from the wall surface side of the building, on a projecting floor part 3 projected outward along the wall surface of the building.
