The present invention relates to the use of a compound of the formula (A), its use in medicine and for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of infectious diseases. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical formulations containing at least one of the inventive compounds. The compounds are especially useful for prophylaxis and/or treatment of bacterial infection.
