Disclosed is a non-aqueous hair care composition comprising: a base oil being a volatile isoparaffin a silicone elastomer a solubilizer for the silicone elastomer which is a non-volatile silicone having a viscosity from about 25 to about 100,000 mm2·s−1. The composition of the present invention has improved stability such as reduced phase separation at lower temperature, and also has a balanced dry performance.
