The present invention is applied to a child, an old, etc. to rapidly find the symptom and to take an emergency measure like dialing 119 and, as a result, prevents mortality events.본 발명은 스마트 통신단말과 연동하는 밴드형 메디컬 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 밴드형 메디컬 장치는 후면에 센서 홀(sensor hole)이 형성된 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 측면에 장착되어 상기 본체부의 후면이 착용자의 팔뚝을 압박하도록 하는 밴드부와, 상기 센서 홀을 통해 노출되는 센싱부를 구비하며 착용자 팔뚝의 체온을 측정하여 체온값을 생성하는 체온계와, 상기 센서 홀을 통해 노출되는 센싱부를 구비하며 착용자 팔뚝의 맥박을 측정하여 맥박값을 생성하는 맥박계와, 상기 체온값과 상기 맥박값을 이용하여 착용자의 이상징후를 판정하는 데이터 처리부와, 상기 데이터 처리부에서의 이상징후 판정의 결과를 상기 스마트 통신단말로 전송하는 통신부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 소아, 고령자 등에게 적용되어 이상징후를 한시라도 빨리 발견하여 119 신고 등의 응급조치를 신속하게 실행하게 할 수 있으며, 결과적으로 인명사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
