PURPOSE: A portable sterilizer is provided to improve discharge efficiency through a structure of laminating a plurality of electrodes.CONSTITUTION: A portable sterilizer comprises a case(110), a power supply unit(120), a hydroxyl group generating unit(130), and a switch unit(180). The case is made of a plastic material, forms a space for receiving the power supply unit and switch unit, and is sealed in order to prevent the inflow of water. The power supply unit is installed inside the case and is connected to the external power supply. The power supply unit comprises a charging circuit and a battery. The hydroxyl group generating unit is electrically connected to the power supply unit and is exposed to the outside of the case.
