PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of washing a net-shaped member when the net-shaped member placed on a urine-absorbing sheet is soiled.SOLUTION: The net-shaped member comprises an upper member and a lower member separably stacked one on top of the other. The upper member comprises a plurality of linear ribs of halved elliptical cross section stretched at regular intervals over an upper frame, with their halved faces facing up. The lower member comprises a plurality of linear ribs of oblong rectangular cross section stretched at regular intervals over a lower frame in a direction perpendicular to the linear ribs of the upper member. Recesses having the same shape as the cross section of the linear ribs of the upper member are formed in the portion of the lower member crossing the linear ribs of the upper member. With the upper member and the lower member stacked, the linear ribs of the upper member fit into the recesses of the linear ribs of the lower member so that the top faces of the linear ribs of the upper and lower members position on the same plane.
