The present invention provides a method for training eye movement. The method comprises following steps: placing low-frequency patches at the temple areas above the ears of a user and moving a green-light emission device to correspond with user’s eyes, and furthermore utilizing a low-frequency emission device to emit a low frequency through the low-frequency patches to stimulatethe user’s trigeminal nerve and ciliary muscle moreover, having the user’s eyes on a green light emitted from the green-light emission device and moving the user’s eyes in accordance with the green light’s state or motion direction thereof. Through the stimulation of the low frequency, the user’s trigeminal nerve and ciliary muscle may reach a relaxing state. The wavelength of the green light can be adjusted as the wavelength of natural green light.本發明提供一種訓練眼睛運動的方法,其包括將一低週波貼片貼在一使用者的耳朵上方太陽穴區域,並將一綠光發射裝置對應使用者的雙眼,再利用一低週波發射裝置透過此低週波貼片發射一低週波對使用者的三叉神經及眼球睫狀肌進行一低週波刺激,且此綠光發射裝置可發出一綠色光源,讓使用者的雙眼注視此綠色光源並配合此綠色光源的狀態或移動方向進行一眼睛運動。藉由低週波的刺激,使用者的三叉神經及眼球睫狀肌可處於放鬆的狀態,且此綠色光源的波長可調整如大自然的綠色光波長。
