A method of manufacturing the nanoparticle encapsulated cinnamaldehyde is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: mixing the cinnamaldehyde and a first organic solvent to obtain a cinnamaldehyde solvent mixing the phospholipids and a second organic solvent to obtain a phospholipids solvent and mixing the cinnamaldehyde solvent and the phospholipids solvent to obtain the nanoparticle encapsulated cinnamaldehyde. A nanoparticle encapsulated cinnamaldehyde manufactured by the method of manufacturing the nanoparticle encapsulated cinnamaldehyde is also disclosed. An application of resisting pathogens for fish by the nanoparticle encapsulated cinnamaldehyde is disclosed.本發明係揭露一種奈米顆粒肉桂醛劑型之製造方法,包含:混合肉桂醛及第一有機溶劑成肉桂醛溶液;混合磷脂質及第二有機溶劑成磷脂質溶液;以及混合肉桂醛溶液及磷脂質溶液,以製得奈米顆粒肉桂醛劑型,其中磷脂質係包覆肉桂醛。本發明也揭露一種奈米顆粒肉桂醛劑型,其係以前述奈米顆粒肉桂醛劑型之製造方法所製得。本發明更揭露一種藉由奈米顆粒肉桂醛劑型以提供魚隻對抗病原菌之應用。
