The present invention relates to a cryotherapy device and, more particularly, to a cryotherapy device having a cooling portion, a suction portion, and a heat-radiating portion integrally provided, thereby improving the heat-radiating efficiency, and having a frostbite preventing pad sensing portion directly installed on a cooling plate so as to sense a frostbite preventing pad such that the cryotherapy device can not only prevent the user's frostbite, but also is compact, easy to carry, and convenient to use. The cryotherapy device (1000) according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a case (1100) having a grill provided such that the same has a flow of air and having a control/manipulation portion (1600) positioned on the outer surface of one side thereof; a vacuum suction portion (1200) installed inside the case so as to form a vacuum pressure by a motor or a pump; a suction portion (1300) installed inside the case so as to communicate with the lower portion of the vacuum suction portion; cooling portions (1400) installed on both side surfaces of the interior of the suction portion, respectively, so as to take heat away from the skin; and a heat-radiating portion (1500) installed and arranged among the case, the vacuum suction portion, and the suction portion so as to contact the cooling portion such that heat is discharged toward one side of the case.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cryothérapie et, plus précisément, un dispositif de cryothérapie présentant une partie de refroidissement, une partie d'aspiration et une partie de rayonnement de chaleur intégralement fournies, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de rayonnement de chaleur, et doté d'une partie de détection de tampon de prévention de gelure directement installée sur une plaque de refroidissement de façon à détecter un tampon de prévention de gelure de sorte que le dispositif de cryothérapie puisse non seulement empêcher la formation de gelure pour l'utilisateur,
