A nutritious papaya ketchup as a best partner condiment and flavoring ingredients in cooking and even in home as part of daily meals. Papaya is rich in enzymes called papain and chymopapain which helps with the digestions, particularly it breaks down the proteins from food we eat into amino acids. A method of producing papaya ketchup is provided. The cheap ketchup is made from papaya fruits as the main ingredient of the formulation of the product.
