PURPOSE: An apparatus for observing baby states and a stroller having the same are provided to directly check baby states through a display module without opening a stroller cover.CONSTITUTION: A stroller(10) comprises a handle frame(11), a seat(12), a foldable sunshade frame(13), a guard arm(14), a baby observation module(21), and a display module(22). The baby observation module is fixed in the foldable sunshade frame or the guard arm. The baby observation module obtains seat directional images periodically, non-periodically, or in real time and transmits the images.
