The present invention discloses a composition for infecting bacteriophage-resistant bacteria comprising bacteriophage PBECO4 or a colanic acid degrading enzyme (CAE) derived therefrom, and a use thereof. The composition according to the present invention can effectively infect bacteria showing resistance about bacteriophage adsorption inhibition through the bacteriophage adsorption inhibition, thereby being able to be used as antibiotics and antiseptics, and also provide an anti-fouling effect in food sanitation devices and medical devices by preventing the formation of biofilm.본원은 박테리오파아지 PBECO4 또는 그 유래의 콜라닌산 분해 효소(CAE)를 포함하는 박테리오파아지 내성 박테리아 감염용 조성물 및 그 용도를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 조성물은 박테리오파아지 흡착 억제를 통해 이에 대한 내성을 나타내는 박테리아를 효과적으로 감염시킬 수 있어, 본원의 조성물은 항생제, 소독제로서 사용될 수 있음 물론, 또한 생물막을 형성을 방해하여 식품위생기기 및 의료 기기 등에 대한 방오효과도 제공할 수 있다.
