FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Device for fluorescent diagnosis and monitoring of photodynamic therapy includes light source in absorption band of fluorescent marker (1), light source in emission band of fluorescent marker (2), switching unit of light sources, radiation filter unit (3), lens (4), CCD camera (5), control and synchronisation signal processor and computer (6) with display and information storage devices. Light source (1) in absorption band of fluorescent marker is made in form of a light-emitting diode with wavelength within range of 640-680 nm. Light source (2) in emission band of fluorescent marker is made in form of a light-emitting diode with wavelength within range 720-760 nm. Radiation filtration unit (3) is installed in front of lens (4) of CCD camera (5) and is made in form of an interference filter with bandwidth within range of 700-800 nm. CCD camera (5) has an additional electrical connection with computer (6). Signal processor and switching unit of light sources is structurally integrated into control and data synchronisation (7) system, which is electrically connected with light sources (1, 2), CCD camera (5) and computer (6).
