The invention relates to an inclined board auxiliary device, which is to be moveably disposed on a bottom part of a vehicle body. The inclined board auxiliary device includes a bottom board, a first sliding board, a second sliding board, a driving board, a screw rod assembly, a first motor assembly and a second motor assembly. The first sliding board and the second sliding board are sequentially carried by the bottom board, and the screw rod assembly disposed in the bottom board is connected with the driving board so as to draw the first sliding board, so that the first sliding board can be retractably moved. The second motor assembly links with the first sliding board and the second sliding board, so that the second sliding board can be retractably moved.
