PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave detection device capable of preventing the movement of a hand from being obstructed in a state that the device is mounted on a wrist, and detecting a pulse wave accurately.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement device 100 includes: a housing that accommodates a pulse wave detection sensor for detecting a pulse wave from a radial artery, and is configured so as to be wound along a circumferential direction X of a wrist; and a band 30 for fixing the housing to the wrist, whose rigidity is lower than the rigidity of the housing. The housing is composed of a back-of-hand side part 2a wound on the back-of-hand side, a palm side part 2b wound on the palm side part, and a connection part 2c that connects these.
