PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation imaging apparatus capable of wholly extending the breast placed on a photographing stand without using the technical work of a medical engineer.SOLUTION: A control part 86 rotates a screw shaft to move a pressure roll 60 for pressing a breast N toward the nipple from walls of the chest and also rotates a support shaft 64 to move one pressure roll 60A and the other pressure roll 60B so as to separate one pressure roll 60A and the other pressure roll 60B. By moving the other pressure roll 60B in a direction different from the moving direction of one pressure roll 60A, the breast N placed on the photographing stand 22 can be wholly extended without using the technical work of the medical engineer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】技師の手を用いずに、撮影台に載せられた乳房を全体的に引き伸ばすことができる放射線撮像装置を得る。【解決手段】制御部86は、ネジシャフトを回転させることで乳房Nを押圧する押圧ロール60を胸壁側から乳頭側へ移動させると共に、支持シャフト64を回転させることで、一の押圧ロール60Aと他の押圧ロール60Bとが離間するように一の押圧ロール60Aと他の押圧ロール60Bとを移動させる。このように、他の押圧ロール60Bを一の押圧ロール60Aが移動する方向とは異なる方向に移動させることで、技師の手を用いずに、撮影台22に載せられた乳房Nを全体的に引き伸ばすことができる。【選択図】図1
