The slush manufacturing apparatus includes: a container for containing a liquid cooling object； a main body for containing the container and including antifreeze for regulating a temperature of the object to be cooled； a first agitating member disposed inside the container to stir the object to be cooled； and a temperature controller for controlling the temperature of the antifreeze. The temperature controller includes a cooing unit for regulating the antifreeze to a first temperature and a heating unit for regulating the antifreeze to a second temperature.
