PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coherence tomography apparatus that can easily acquire an absolute blood flow velocity of a subject.SOLUTION: An optical coherence tomography apparatus includes an OCT optical system. The optical coherence tomography apparatus includes: image generation means for processing two or more OCT signals different in terms of time with respect to the same position in a subject, and generating a three-dimensional motion contrast (MC) image imaging the distribution of a moving object in a depth direction in each scanning position based on two or more OCT signals Doppler shift detection means for processing the multiple OCT signals detected at the time different from two or more OCT signals for generating a three-dimensional MC image, the multiple OCT signals that are different in terms of time with respect to the same position in the subject, and for detecting the Doppler shift in the depth direction in the scanning position identified on the three-dimensional MC image and speed acquisition means for acquiring the absolute speed of the moving object based on the Doppler shift and the three-dimensional structure of the subject acquired from the three-dimensional MC image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
