The present invention relates to a multipurpose drying device for agricultural products. Agricultural products are spread and staked on porous drying plate and dried by blowing hot air, which is heated by a fuel burner or an electric heater, with a blower inside a hot air chamber. A turn-over rotor is reciprocated in the longitudinal direction along a guide rail formed on the upper side of the hot air chamber and automatically turns over the spread and stacked on the porous drying plate.
