PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine feeding device capable of preventing unintentional drop of a tablet or the like while suppressing an increase in manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A tablet feeder body 21 includes a plurality of feed cups 22. A bottom plate 23 has one end 23X supported by the tablet feeder body 21 and is configured to open and close a lower opening of the feed cup 22 by rotating the other end 23Y in the vertical direction about the one end 23X. A bottom plate support member 3 is capable of regulating the rotation of the bottom plate 23 by supporting the bottom plate 23. The tablet feeder body 21 and the bottom plate support member 3 can relatively move in a horizontal direction.
