The present invention relates to the treatment of lung cancer, preferably non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), by combination therapy comprising vaccination with muc-1 lipopeptide followed by co-existing chemo-radiotherapy. The therapy results in an extended survival rate relative to each therapy comprising sequential chemo-radiotherapy.본 발명은 공존적 화학-방사능요법에 이은 muc-1 리포펩티드를 이용한 백신접종을 포함하는 조합 요법에 의한 폐암, 바람직하게는 비-소 세포 폐암 (NSCLC) 의 치료에 관한 것이다. 상기 요법은 순차적 화학-방사능요법을 포함하는 각각의 요법에 비해 연장된 생존율을 도출한다.
