The work machine is provided on the traveling vehicle body, and power can be transmitted from the drive source. The operating member is operated when adjusting the vehicle speed including stopping with respect to the traveling vehicle body. The continuously variable transmission mechanism shifts continuously in response to a change in the position of the trunnion arm by operating an operating member. The control unit controls each unit including the continuously variable transmission mechanism. The trunnion detection member directly detects the position of the trunnion arm.
