[Problem] To provide a catheter assembly which prevents or suppresses the deterioration of the insertability of a catheter during percutaneous insertion by preventing or suppressing twisting of the catheter when connecting the catheter and a stylet. [Solution] A catheter assembly 100 comprises: a catheter 30 that includes a stretchable tube 31 provided with a lumen 30A and an abutting part 48 provided at a tip part of the tube； a stylet 50 that can be inserted into the lumen and can cause the tube to extend in a longitudinal direction by contacting the abutting part； and a straight connector 36 that is provided at a base end side of the catheter and can be connected to the stylet, wherein the connector includes a male screw part 36A that can be engaged with the stylet, and the stylet includes a stylet hub 52 that is disposed at the base end side of the catheter, and a connection member 53 that connects the stylet hub and the straight connector and can be engaged with a male screw part by rotating independently of the stylet hub.Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un ensemble cathéter qui empêche ou supprime la détérioration de l'aptitude à l'insertion d'un cathéter lors d'une insertion percutanée en empêchant ou en supprimant la torsion du cathéter lors de la connexion du cathéter et d'un stylet.
