PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine-air-bubble generator that includes a built-in spiral member for forming a swirl in a pipe, a nozzle having a small hole at the center and a swirl space between the spiral member and the nozzle, and discharges a fine air/liquid mixed fluid (microbubbles, nanobubbles) from the tip of the nozzle.SOLUTION: The fine-air-bubble generator includes the built-in spiral member 3 for forming a swirl in a pipe 1, wherein the spiral member 3 is installed attachably-detachably in a part of the pipe 1 connected to a liquid pressure generator 10.
