PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure biological information on a user with a high degree of precision while reducing time and efforts of the user.SOLUTION: A first function part 110 causes a portable apparatus 10 to achieve a first function. A control part 130 causes the portable apparatus 10 to achieve a second function. The first function is a function different from both a function to acquire biological information and a function to process the biological information. A biological information acquisition part 120 acquires the biological information while the first function part 110 is executing the first function. The control part 130 achieves the second function using the biological information that the biological information acquisition part 120 acquires. An environmental information acquisition part 135 acquires environmental information. The environmental information indicates an environment of the biological information acquisition by the biological information acquisition part 120. The environment of the acquisition is a factor that has an impact on the accuracy of the biological information, for instance.
