PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed device which cleans a filter part efficiently and surely.
SOLUTION: The fluidized bed device is characterized by supplying a washing liquid C into the fluidized bed vessel 1 from the washing liquid supplying part 11 and storing the washing liquid until it reaches a predetermined liquid level L, then operating an air cylinder 12 and dropping a filter part 3 until it reaches the position where the filter part 3 is immersed in the washing liquid C, and moving the filter part 3 vertically with a predetermined amplitude by the air cylinder 12.
