The anti-conglutination material has a water-soluble support layer that contains a water-soluble polymer and that has a thickness of 1-1000 µm and an anti-conglutination layer that contains a biodegradable polymer and that has a thickness of 1-1000 µm, wherein the biodegradable polymer has a structure in which a branched polyalkylene glycol having three to eight terminal hydroxyl groups per molecule and a polyhydroxyalkanoic acid are bonded, and the proportion of the mass of the branched polyalkylene glycol relative to the total mass is 1-30%.
