The root-growing material housing part D has outer side parts B made of wire mesh with relatively coarse stitches, separated by a predetermined distance in parallel toward the outsides of all housing side parts A. The housing side parts A formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape as a side-part shape are surrounded by the outer side parts B. Mats F are arranged on the inner sides of the housing side parts A and the upper side of the bottom part G to prevent soil leakage, and then soil E is housed inside the root-growing material housing part D.
