PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oncolytic virus that selectively replicates in tumor cells in a novel mode of cancer treatment.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a recombinant virus of the family Paramyxoviridae comprising at least one expressible polynucleotide encoding a multispecific-binding polypeptide. The multispecific-binding polypeptide is a recombinant virus comprising a first binding domain that binds to the surface molecule of an immune cell having antitumor activity, preferably a lymphocyte, more preferably a T cell, or a dendritic cell and a second binding domain that binds to a tumor-associated antigen.
