FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: multipolar synchronous radio frequency ablation catheter for pulmonary artery comprises control handle, body and round ring. Control handle is equipped with adjusting device. Catheter body is hollow and has cavity in which there are current supply, sensitive to temperature and exhaust wire. Flexible end of catheter body is connected to round ring, and other end is with control stick. One end of exhaust wire is connected with flexible end, and other end is with adjusting device at control handle. Adjustment device controls tension exhaust wire for adjustment of round part of flexible end. Wire with shape memory is made in round ring. One end of wire with shape memory passes to end of circular ring, and other end through base of circular ring and is fixed on flexible end of catheter body. Round ring is equipped with group of electrodes, and each electrode is connected to current-carrying and temperature-sensitive wires. Current supply and temperature-sensitive wires pass through catheter body and electrically connected with control lever. In cavity of catheter body is feed tube. In electrode there is through hole. Feed tube passes through round ring and is connected at one end with electrode, and on other end is with system of transfusion. Transfused fluid flows from through hole. Electrode diameter is from 1.3 to 2.0 mm, length of electrode is from 2 to 3.5 mm, diameter of through holes in electrode is equal to 1 mcm. When electrode creates current liquid automatically distributed from through holes. On round ring there are 10 electrodes.
