PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus each inexpensively manufactured.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe 10 includes a tip end part 11, a connecting part 12, a first attachable/detachable part 13 and a second attachable/detachable part 14. The tip end part 11 includes an audio element group for sending/receiving ultrasonic waves. The connecting part 12 connects the tip end part 11 with a device body 20. The first attachable/detachable part 13 is attached to the tip end part 11 as an attachable/detachable part by which the tip end part 11 and the connecting part 12 can be attached/detached to/from each other, and is provided with a plurality of first connecters set in array.
