The present invention relates to solid forms of 4-[3-chloro-4- (cyclopropylcarbamoylamino)phenoxy]-7-methoxy-quinoline-6-carboxamide (CAS No.417716-92-8) of formula I, known as lenvatinib, with an acid that is selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, camphorsulfonic acid, isethionic acid and naphthalenedisulfonic acid. Other objects are preparation methods of a salt of lenvatinib with the above mentioned acids and its use in a drug form. The drug with the name Lenvima, which contains lenvatinib mesylate, has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive thyroid cancer, resistant to radioactive iodine.La présente invention concerne des formes solides de 4-[3-chloro-4-(cyclopropylcarbamoylamino)phénoxy]-7-méthoxy-quinoléine-6-carboxamide (n° CAS 417716-92-8) de formule I, connu sous le nom de lenvatinib, avec un acide qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'acide phosphorique, l'acide tartrique, l'acide citrique, l'acide camphresulfonique, l'acide iséthionique et l'acide naphtalènedisulfonique. D'autres objets sont des procédés de préparation d'un sel de lenvatinib avec les acides susmentionnés et son utilisation sous forme de médicament. Le médicament présentant le nom Lenvima, qui contient du mésylate de lenvatinib, a été approuvé par la FDA (Food and Drug Administration) pour le traitement du cancer de la thyroïde localement récidivant ou métastatique, progressif, résistant à l'iode radioactif.
