PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device surely peeling fruit vegetables of various sizes and shapes, having a small size to facilitate carriage/preservation, easy to adjust and maintain, and including a structure enabling surely collecting peeled fruit vegetables from a fixation needle with a small force.SOLUTION: There are included: a work bearing part 160 where a work holder 161 bearing fruit vegetables to be peeled is arranged rotatably by driving a work rotary motor 167 a peeler drive part 100 which holds a peeler 101, and rotatably bears a peeler axis to be moved along the outer periphery of the fruit vegetables, and a center shaft 141 rotating by drive of a shaft rotary motor 140 and a rotary motor control part 200. The peeler drive part 100 adjusts a tension state of an energization member 148 by a rotation angle difference between the peeler axis and the center shaft 141, and is formed in a swingable manner so as to separate a peeler blade 102 from a virtual axis of the peeler axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
