PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable another medical worker to be called properly when a patient is moved to an empty sickroom.SOLUTION: Sickroom information indicating capacity of a sickroom and the number of inpatients in a sickroom is stored for each sickroom. A radio transmitter 30 is attached to a bed, a staff call operation unit 12 for calling another medical worker is attached in the vicinity of the bed, and a radio reader 20 for reading a radio signal when the radio transmitter 30 passes through an entrance door of the sickroom is attached in the vicinity of the entrance door. When the radio reader 20 of another sickroom reads a radio signal from the same radio transmitter 30 after the staff call operation unit 12 is operated, and the radio reader 20 reads a radio signal at the entrance door of the sickroom whose capacity and number of inpatients are two or more, a nurse call master machine 1 notifies that assistance of another medical worker is requested in the sickroom from which a radio signal from the radio transmitter 30 is received later.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者を空き病室に移動させる際に他の医療従事者を適切に呼ぶことができるようにする。【解決手段】病室の定員および病室の入院患者の人数を示す病室情報を病室毎に記憶しておき、ベッドに無線送信機30を取り付け、ベッド近傍に他の医療従事者を呼び出すためのスタッフ呼出操作部12を取り付けて、無線送信機30が病室の出入口を通過した際に無線信号を読み取る無線読み取り装置20を出入口近傍に取り付けておく。スタッフ呼出操作部12が操作され、病室の定員および入院患者の人数が二人以上の病室の出入口で無線読み取り装置20が無線信号を読み取った後に、同じ無線送信機30からの無線信号を他の病室の無線読み取り装置20が読み取った場合に、後で無線送信機30からの無線信号を受信した病室にて他の医療従事者の応援を要請していることをナースコール親機1で報知するようにしている。【選択図】図2
