There is provided crystalline forms of N-[2-[[(2,3-difluorophenyl)methyl]thio]-6-{[(1R,2S)-2,3-dihydroxy-1-methylpropyl]oxy}-4-pyrimidinyl]1-azetidinesulfon-amide anhydrate. Such compounds/forms may be useful in the treatment of a disease/condition in which modulation of chemokine receptor activity is beneficial.Ｎ－[２－[[(２,３－ジフルオロフェニル)メチル]チオ]－６－{[(１Ｒ,２Ｓ)－２,３－ジヒドロキシ－１－メチルプロピル]オキシ}－４－ピリミジニル]－１－アゼチジンスルホンアミド無水物の結晶形態を提供する。このような化合物／形態は、ケモカイン受容体活性の調節が有益である疾患／状態の処置に有用であり得る。
