An apparatus to judge the probability of a muscular skeletal disease comprises: a sensor unit which includes an inertial measurement unit (IMU) attached to an object and a three dimensional (3D) sensor photographing the object from the outside of the object a data synchronization unit which generates synchronized data by synchronizing inertial data outputted from the inertial measurement unit and 3D image data outputted from the 3D sensor a judgment unit which judges the probability of a muscular skeletal disease in accordance with the motion of the object based on the synchronized data and a user interface which outputs the judged result. The apparatus like the above and a method to judge the probability of a muscular skeletal disease are able to: accurately secure the motion data of an object and selectively apply methods for judging the probability of a disease in accordance with the motion pattern of the object or the part of the object.
