PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a history taking system with a learning function suited for examination by, primarily, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.SOLUTION: The history taking system includes sequentially a syndrome input step, a symptom input step, a history taking item step, and a history taking result display step.
