PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device with which image information having a good quality is acquired without influence of deviated thickness between component members, and production yield is improved.SOLUTION: The imaging device 150 includes: a plurality of condensing lenses 32 disposed two-dimensionally and a plurality of pixels PX (light receiving element) disposed two-dimensionally corresponding to the plurality of condensing lenses 32, and provided at positions to which lights transmitting through the condensing lenses 32 are generally collected.
