PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge ground bait all at once toward the ocean floor for alluring fish.SOLUTION: A sinker body 1a is formed into a bell shape so that ground bait can be housed inside its inner cavity 7. A pair of right and left rods 15 are pivoted freely rockably back and forth, and in the lower ends of the rods, a lid 3 is arranged for opening/closing a lower opening 2 of the sinker body. In the lower part of the lid, a grounding member 17 is arranged avoiding the center line of the sinker body.
