PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral formulation that is useful for maintaining oral health that can be discharged smoothly into the oral cavity at an appropriate dose of active ingredients and that does not impose an excessive burden or cause feelings of discomfort to a user.SOLUTION: The oral formulation is configured with an oral component and a coating material that encapsulates same. The coating material comprises a water-soluble cellulose and a saliva secretion promoter. It is preferable for the water soluble cellulose to be one or more selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxymethylcellulose.
