A cultivation apparatus of the invention can transfer the heat from a heat exchanger to a substrate as uniform as possible for increasing the heat transfer efficiency. Simultaneously, the effect of corrosion, etc. caused by the substrate is prevented as possible. Furthermore the manufacturing or assembling can be performed easily. The cultivation apparatus is provided with a cultivation groove (1) which is provided with a bottom wall (3) and side walls (4) and is equipped with the substrate (2) for the growth of the pant root at the inner side. Simultaneously, a tubular heat exchanger (10) for heating or cooling the substrate (2) is provided. A metal loading plate (20) which is provided with the substrate is composed and the heat exchanger (10) is configured for contacting with the back surface of the loading plate (20) with a mode that the heat can be transferred to the loading plate (20).
