The present invention provides a device for plant root hair growth, which includes: a hair growth carrier having a first end and a second end, wherein a plant may be inserted into the first end and the root of the plant may penetrate into the hair growth carrier to grow and extend to the second end； a water container in which the second end is disposed； and a lift pump connected with a water inlet and a return water pipe, wherein the water inlet is disposed to one side of the water container for pumping the fluid in the water container to the return water pipe for being introduced into the first end so as to form a fluid circulation path.
