The present invention relates to a preparation method of a cosmetic product containing a fermented garlic extract. The method comprises: a step in which 90-100 wt% of sterilized rice bran, 1-3 wt% of water, and 0.1-0.3 wt% of sugar are stirred for preventing hay bacillus from adhering thereto a step in which the rice bran mixture is kept warm at 75-85°C for 70-75 hours by being stirred 2-4 times a day, to prevent the formation of anaerobic bacteria a step in which the warm rice bran after the previous steps is kept at 60-65°C for 48 hours for stabilization a step in which the rice bran, while still being kept at 60-65°C, is mixed with yeast, and garlic is placed inside the rice bran, and fermented for a first time for 48 hours a step in which the garlic fermented for the first time is placed in a vacuum chamber and fermented for a second time at room temperature of 30-35°C for three months a step in which a concentrate is extracted from the garlic fermented for the second time, and fermented for a third time at 3-6°C for one month and a step in which the garlic concentrate fermented for the third time is dried and pulverized, and extracted with a solvent to obtain a fermented garlic extract. The cosmetic product of the present invention comprises 0.1-2.0 wt% of the fermented garlic extract with respect to the total weight of the product.
