PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical multilayer knitted fabric that is superior in absorption of blood and body fluid in the periphery of a patients surgery area during surgery, has performance of preventing the wetting return, and in addition, has bacteria barrier properties, and is superior in durability in which these performances are hard to be decreased even if repeating washing and sterilization processing, and to provide a medical drape and a medical sheet using the same.SOLUTION: A medical multilayer knitted fabric is provided by laminating a tricot knitted fabric on both sides of a film comprising a polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin. One tricot knitted fabric has a tissue of two pieces of reed or more, and water absorption processing is applied thereon. The medical multilayer knitted fabric has a wetting return rate of 60% or less, and a water pressure resistance based on the JIS L1092 6.1B method (high water pressure resistance method) by setting an autoclave treatment at 135°C for 80 minutes and a tumble drying for 60 minutes as one cycle and after repeating ten cycles the washing based on the JIS L1096 F-2 method and after repeating this by 10 cycles is 150 kPa or more.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術時に患者の手術部位周辺の血液・体液の吸収に優れ、かつ濡れ戻りを抑制する性能を有し、加えてバクテリアバリア性も兼ね備えており、洗濯・滅菌処理を繰り返してもこれらの性能が低減し難い、耐久性に優れた医療用積層編地及びこれを用いた医療用ドレープ、医療用シーツを提供することを技術的な課題とする。【解決手段】ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン樹脂からなるフィルムの両面にトリコット編地が貼り合わされた積層編地であって、一方のトリコット編地が2枚筬以上の組織を有し且つ吸水加工が施されたものであり、積層編地が濡れ戻り率60%以下、JIS L1096 F-2法に基づく洗濯を10回繰り返した後、135℃×80分のオートクレーブ処理及び60分間のタンブル乾燥を1サイクルとし、これを10サイクル繰り返した後のJIS L1092 6.1B法(高耐水圧法)に基づく耐水圧が150kPa以上である医療用積層編地。【選択図】なし
