The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising: caspofungin, useful for preventing and/or treating fungal infection, as an active ingredient and citric acid, malic acid or a mixture thereof as a buffer agent. The composition of the present invention uses citric acid or malic acid as a buffer agent, and resultantly the stability of the caspofungin may be improved. Therefore, the composition may be useful in antifungal or antiprotozoal purpose.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant de la caspofungine disponible pour empêcher et/ou traiter une infection fongique comme principe actif et de lacide citrique, de lacide malique ou des mélanges de ceux-ci comme agent tampon. La composition de la présente invention utilise de lacide citrique ou de lacide malique comme agent tampon et la stabilité de la caspofungine peut ainsi être améliorée. La composition peut donc être utile à des fins antifongiques ou antiprotozoaires.본 발명은 활성성분으로서 진균 감염의 예방 및/또는 치료에 유용한 카스포펀진 및 완충제로서 구연산, 말산 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 조성물은 완충제로서 구연산 또는 말산을 사용함으로써 카스포펀진의 안정성을 개선할 수 있는바, 항진균 또는 항원충 용도로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
