PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root crop harvester that can completely remove mud adhering to a root crop pulled out from a field, and thereby can continue harvest work long.SOLUTION: A root crop harvester comprises: a pullout conveying device 24 which holds a foliage part of a root crop, pull out and convey the root crop to the rear, and which is disposed in the longitudinal direction of a machine body and a fibrous root cutter 51 which removes a fibrous root from the root crop suspended and conveyed to the rear by the pullout conveying device 24, and which is disposed below the pullout conveying device 24.
