According to the present invention, a weight management server based on Internet of things comprises: a communication module for transmitting and receiving data to and from a first device and a second device a memory in which a weight management program is stored and a processor for executing the program. The communication module receives user&primes heart rate, activity amount and position information from the first device and receives user&primes weight information from the second device. The processor calculates the amount of calorie consumption corresponding to the position information based on the heart rate, activity amount and position information transmitted from the first device as the program is executed, analyzes a weight change with respect to the amount of calorie consumption according to a position change, and transmits the analysis result to at least one of the first device and the second device through the communication module.
