A laparoscopic device for retracting organ/tissue for laparoscopic surgery, said device comprising: at least an endoretractor gun comprising an end effector mechanism, a grasper mechanism, a needle assembly at least a tag configured to grasp or tag an organ, said tag being a flexible element with end restrictors disposed at either ends of said tag to form I-shaped tag, said tag being engageable with said notch and being configured to be pushed into said organ by means of said needle assembly and at least a hook corresponding to and engageable with said needle assembly, said hook being configured to hook a grasped or tagged organ to interior of a body wall, said hook being further engageable with said grasper mechanism in order to anchor said hook into an inner wall of a body or retrieve said hook from its anchored position.
