PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimulation device which triggers the inducement of sucking reflexes by resuscitation stimulus in the breathing area of a human brain stem.SOLUTION: A resuscitation device for human beings includes a detector for detecting some parameter values in a human being a memory for storing a decided function in advance and detected parameter values a processing unit which connects with the memory and the detector, for processing the detected parameter values in the decided function in advance and for confirming whether the human being is developing apnea or not and a response device which connects with the processing unit for providing a reply as the function of the parameter values processed by the processing unit when the processing unit determines that the human being is developing apnea. The resuscitation device is designed so that it is placed over or behind the ears of the human being. The detector is arranged so that it detects the signal of breathing.
