A water spraying apparatus includes a hose reel unit for connecting the high-pressure water sprayer and a water supply hose. The water supply tank is mounted on a side of the cart while including an automatic water level adjustment device for maintaining a predetermined water level of the supplied water. Suction and discharge hoses are connected to suction and discharge hose connection hoses of the water supply tank and the high-pressure water sprayer.
